The Power Of The Ruck

Rucking in this case is a very simple and very effective form of exercise used by military forces all over the world to train, building posture, stamina and strength. One more massive and often overlooked benefit of rucking is fat burning.

So what do we mean by rucking, it is simply adding a few kilos of weight ot a rucksack, strapping it on to your back and going for a brisk walk. Any level of fitness can start rucking building up weight, speed and time spent rucking as you get fitter and stronger. Ideally you want to ruck for at least 40 minutes to 1 hour to really start the fat burning process, but smaller lengths of time also give great benefits and you can progress suprisingly quickly.
